Just test assembling this one today ...


i'm still working on the finish ... i'll tarnish those screws too before i'm done.

here are some photos of this guitar under construction, it's been sitting for a while, waiting for inspiration to hit - which came in the shape of the Curtis Novak JM180 - his 7k P90 style pickup built to fit a Jazzmaster cover and loaded with an additional 7k of windings ( coil tappable - hence the switch on a single pickup guitar ! )

the fretboard is a Queensland timber - Brigalow

rear control cavity in a 'badge' shape ...

& laying out the George Jetson lines directly on the body
